After looking at all of the reviews, I could cut and paste from the other reviews here and still be giving an accurate and honest review. The NW Supreme Douglas Fir pellets are undoubtedly the best pellets that I have ever burned. Are they more expensive than others? Yes. But they are absolutely worth the extra money. They burn hotter and cleaner. I am only using one bag a day to heat my house. And because they burn so clean, there is less maintenance needed on the stove. The folks at Bucks Pellets asked me give the pellets a try a few years ago. I can't thank them enough for their expert advice. Great pellets, great place!
These are the best pellets ever. Super low ash, hardly no fines in the bags, very high heat. I heat a 2700 Sq Ft 2 story with these. I can go about 20 days till I have to shut down to clean out. I have a LOPI AGP stove that I run 24 hours a day. I use about 1 bag a day with these. I used a lot of other brands where I would us over 2 bags a day. These cost more but it's way cheaper to use.
By far the best burning pellet we have used. Very efficient burn and low ash. Try it and you'll never go back.
Very low ash ,makes stove maintenance very easy .
We burn 3 tons a season and burn less oil .
Makes the whole house feel good all winter long .
Simply the best pellets I have ever used. Great heat and about 1 cup of ash from 2 bags. Plus doing business with Bucks Pellets is a pleasure. Two of the nicest people yo will ever meet.
For my first two years as a pellet stove owner I burned hardwood pellets and switched to softwood, specifically this brand in year 3. I have a Quadra-Fire Mt Vernon model stove. These pellets are wonderful, lots of heat. Instead of cleaning the stove once a week, as I did with hardwood pellets, I could easily hold off for 2 weeks because the ash buildup was so low. In the coldest months I go through one bag a day. I love these pellets!
We burned 3 tons of these pellets last year and they burned clean, with little smoke or ash. They are pricey but good
These Douglas Fir pellets are great. Burn hotter and cleaner than others. I burn 2 to 3 tons a year and the low amount of ash these produce saves on cleaning out the stove and ash pan. Well worth the price.
New to pellet stoves and was recommended to try these pellets. Very hot not a lot of ash. Worth the extra money
Burns really hot. I've tried different types that have good heat but they just get burned through really quick. These cost but seem to take less to keep the place warm since they burn hotter so these don't go very quickly. I bought a ton at the start of January and i have five bags left as of March 16th.
Purchase 2 bags to try, these pellets are awesome. Burns hotter and leaves very very little ash, more expensive but worth it
Absolutely the best pellets I've even burned, and I've burned many different types. True as advertised, almost no ash and the pellets burn very hot. My glass stays cleaner much longer as well, what's not to like.
